End of Season 2019
Well the end of this season is fast approaching and the Committee hopes you have all had an enjoyable and successful one.
Here are some dates relating to the next couple of months;

Sat & Sun 21/22 September
Finals weekend for all club competitions. See finals day competition lists and details as they are posted in the club house.
Mon & Tues 23 & 24 September
End of season work parties to prepare the green and the club house for the winter. This work is crucial and there is a lot to do to ensure the green will be in good condition next year. Everyone is welcome on both days to help in any way they can.  Some of the work is heavy and anyone who has younger family members who fancy some exercise, please bring them along. We will start about 8.30 and work throughout the mornings.
Wed 25 September
AGM in the large club house - 7.00 for 7.30.
If you wish to make any proposals or nominations, please contact Secretary John Bishop.
This is your opportunity to ask questions and to raise any concerns you may have.
Mondays evenings
From 30 Sept. Crib nights in the bowls club house - 7.15.
Wednesday evenings
From 16th Oct. Club night and short mat bowls in the large club house.
8.00 - 10.00. Speak to Ron Powell if you have not already put your name down for short mat.
Sat 23 November
Presentation/Christmas dinner & dance. Tickets will be available shortly. Book a table for you and your family /friends for an enjoyable evening.

Members get the club ready for it's opening day.
