Round 10 of the East Herts Bowls League saw us visit Standon and Puckeridge Bowls club. After 10 ends we had a 9 shotlead.
However things changed in the second half of the game. One rink continued to forge ahead, and ended up winning by 13 shots.
The other however dropped shots, and eventually lost by one shot. The result was 4 points for us and a shot difference of plus 12. This puts us in second place in the division with 2 games to play.
The next fixture will be played on Friday 13th August against Much Hadham Hawks.
