On Sunday 29 th August the final of the Scott Blain Trophy was held at Rosedale Bowls Club.
The two clubs involved this year were Whit Hern and Hoddesdon and Rye Park. It was a glorious morning and we saw some very good bowling from both teams.
Whit Hern started off well, but Hoddesdon gradually started to dominate. In the end Hoddesdon won all four elements.
So congratulations to them. This is the first time they have won the Trophy since coming into the competition in 2017.
