On Saturday the Ladies played the Doris Parker Trophy at Northaw and Cuffley. Playing against 3 other local Clubs Cheshunt, Cuffley and Whithern.
Two teams of Triples playing each other It was 3 sessions of 9 ends, with 1 point for each triple that wins, and another point for an overall win from both triples.
Our team were delighted to have won and surprised as scores seemed quite close all round. Best of all was that we won the cup in 2019 so have retained the title.
The Cuffley Ladies served a lovely lunch of Poached Salmon, new potatoes and Salad, It was lovely day meeting up with old friends and the weather was good.
