Rosedale Bowls Club NewsOn Saturday 18th April we held our traditional opening match with a President's team versus Captain's team game.
The event was held on a fine sunny day and started at 12.00 with a buffet lunch.
There followed a 4 rink triples game which was played in a friendly and fun atmosphere on our excellent green.
The game ended with the President's team winning by just 3 shots. Players retired to the bar/gazebo after the game to celebrate the start of a new season of bowls and to plan their games for the summer.
